Returns & Refunds Policy

At RZA Shop Archives, all our artwork is made-to-order, created just for you via our trusted fine art print partner, Prodigi.

MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY

Because our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your order details before placing your purchase.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they have not yet entered production.

• After production begins, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of deliverywith:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damage or error

• A brief description of the issue

We'll arrange a free replacement or refund where appropriate.

RETURNS

We do not accept physical returns unless requested by our print partner, Prodigi, for investigation purposes.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
